Rental Agreement

The equipment is rented in perfect condition and is not covered by insurance unless otherwise specified.
The Customer taking custody of the equipment is required to check its condition.
Payment for the equipment rental must be made in advance and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The equipment must be collected at the store located at Piazzale Funivie Val Veny, Fraz. Entrèves, SS 26 snc, Courmayeur Mont Blanc (AO).
At the time of collection, the Customer must present a valid document of identification.
The equipment may be exchanged during the rental period for equipment of a different category and/or value. In this case, any difference will be charged if the new equipment belongs to a higher category and/or value, and no refund will be issued if the new equipment belongs to a lower category and/or value.
Equipment returned earlier than the agreed rental period does not entitle the Customer to any refund.
If the equipment is returned after 9:30 a.m. on the day following the end of the rental period, the Customer shall pay the equivalent of one additional day’s rental for each day of delay.
In the event of non-return, even partial, of the equipment, including cases of theft, the Customer shall pay an amount equal to 50% of the retail price recommended by the manufacturer.
In the event of damage to the equipment, the Customer shall pay an amount according to the current repair price list, or 50% of the retail price recommended by the manufacturer if the equipment cannot be repaired.

Damage Guarantee

In the event of damage to the equipment, the Customer shall pay an amount according to the current repair price list, or an amount equal to 50% of the retail price recommended by the manufacturer if the equipment cannot be repaired.

The Damage Guarantee covers:

  • Damage to skis
  • Breakage of skis

It does NOT cover:

  • Theft / Loss of skis

Cost of the Damage Guarantee:

  • €0.50 / day for Kids Skis
  • €1.50 / day for Silver Skis and Junior Snowboards
  • €2.00 / day for Adult Snowboards
  • €2.50 / day for Gold Skis

No Damage Guarantee is available for Freeride Skis.
